Excellent start to finish. There were many out of the ordinary challenges lack to the shortage of shingles and other supplies. Nonetheless, Lonnie stayed on top of everything and was very good at keeping me informed. He also made sure that my insurance company did not short me on necessary supplies and repairs. For instance, I had a high impact class 4 roof, but my insurance company wanted to replace it with a standard grade shingle. Lonnie went back to the company, pointed out this discrepancy. The insurance company corrected their “mistake” and paid the extra cost for a high impact roof replacement shingle. This is just one example of many things the insurance company overlooked in their assessment that Accent caught and got compensation increased to make sure everything was covered and nothing missed. I highly recommend this company for honesty, integrity, and excellence.

Five star work and service! Lonnie is an absolute dream to work with. I'm an interior designer and have to work with trades people every day so it's really invaluable to find a company who takes such good care of their customers and produces such top notch work. Lonnie is so great that he is now working on all the neighboring properties. He will work tirelessly with insurance companies if needed and give you really honest advice. If anything needs to be addressed later after the final balance is paid he will be there for you. I cannot express enough how thankful I am to have Lonnie replace my roof.

October, 25 2020Lonnie was able to get the insurance company to increase the amount that they would pay for my roof . He went above and beyond what I expected from him.

The day that the crew showed up they were able to get the roof done in one day witch I expected to take two days they were amazing at their attention to every detail. I would give this experience a 15 on a 1-10 scale

After doing extensive research on roofing companies and having an initial terrible experience with another company, I found Accent Roofing & Construction. My roof replacement was covered by an insurance claim, which is a confusing process to those who are unfamiliar with it. Lonnie patiently explained the process to me and diligently worked with the insurance company to get the claim settled. He was very responsive to all of my concerns and questions (of which there were many!). He and his crew worked hard to complete the job and meticulously cleaned up when finished. He really combed through our yard with a fine-toothed comb to pick up trash and nails! We appreciate his customer service, kindness and attention to detail.

Great! My roof was leaking inside the house. I called several roofers hoping to get someone willing to come out that same day. Not only did Lonnie take my call at 8am, he came later that afternoon. He found the leak and put a temporary tarp over that portion of the roof. He will also.be here when the insurance person comes. Really awesome service!
